This Privacy Policy explains how Make Media Global (“we,” “us,” “our company”) collects, uses, and protects the personal data you provide through the “Brand Audit for Dance Schools” Typeform, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and Greek law (Law 4624/2019).

Through the form, we collect:

  • Your answers to the questionnaire (information about your dance school — e.g. how you currently attract students, your current brand image, your goals)

  • Contact details: name, phone number, email

  • Technical data automatically recorded by Typeform (e.g. submission date/time)

We do not collect special categories of data (Article 9 GDPR) through this form.

We process your data for the following purposes:

  • To contact you and provide the free Brand Audit and the proposed 90-day strategy — legal basis: steps taken prior to entering into a contract, at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR)

  • To follow up with you afterwards about our services, where you have consented — legal basis: consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR)

  • To keep a record of our communications for internal organization and service improvement — legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR)

4. Recipients & Third-Party Processors

Your data is processed through the Typeform platform (Typeform S.L.), which acts as a data processor on our behalf. Typeform applies its own technical and organizational safeguards — you can read their policy here: typeform.com/legal/privacy-policy

We do not sell or rent your data to third parties. We may also use CRM/email marketing tools to organize communication with you; in that case, those providers also act as data processors, bound by corresponding data processing agreements.

Some providers (e.g. Typeform) may store data on servers within the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries with an adequate level of protection, based on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where required.

We retain your data for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, specifically:

  • For 12 months from our last contact with you, if no collaboration results

  • For the duration of any collaboration with you, plus any additional period required by tax/legal obligations, where applicable

After these periods, your data is securely deleted or anonymized.
